When you create a free account we store your email address inside the applyvisitorvisa.ca workspace. During chat sessions you may share itinerary details, employment history, financial information, and ties to home. These inputs are encrypted at rest and scoped to your user ID.
Your conversation powers the AI-generated case summary, checklists, and document drafts. We do not sell or train external models with your data. Generated artifacts remain accessible to you and any invited collaborators you authorize.
Row-level security ensures only authenticated users can access their records. Edge functions execute with least-privilege service roles, and all file uploads are protected with signed URLs.
You can delete individual chat sessions, uploaded documents, or your entire workspace from the Settings page. Deleted data is removed from active storage within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
We host the project in Canada to keep your data close to IRCC operations. If we need to move data to another region, we will notify you in advance and update this policy.
